WHO WE ARE:

EvoluCulture is an integrated media and performing arts organization based in Newark, NJ.

Our missions are to hold space for artists and art lovers,and to promote the growth and change of cultural norms through the arts.

Spaces for expression (live and virtual) include open mics, showcases, cyphers, check-in sessions for mental health, and more. 

We recognize poetry as our foundation, meaning the “what” and “how” of language and storytelling.

While all are welcome to share in our spaces,EvoluCulture prioritizes and affirms voices of marginalized groups, particularly all within the Black Diaspora; Content and actions contrary to their well-being will have consequences.
🌍ALL BLACK LIVES MATTER: Black and brown voices in all communities (LGBTQ+, disabled, etc.) are prioritized and affirmed here. We are a Black-owned/founded/operated organization, and proud of it.
🌍ONE MIC: Speak over someone and mods will mute you on sight. Also, those who attempt to troll will be blocked and reported to Clubhouse.
