Bio

I am a PROUD two-time graduate of Jackson State University holding a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning and Development. I am a Senior Planner with the local municipality. For many years I was employed as the Director of Housing for a nonprofit. I have championed affordable housing for the underserved; and for nearly 20 years, my focus has been on helping low- to-mod income households achieve homeownership. Currently, I am the owner/sponsor of HALO Entertainment OZF. My team and I are looking for a really good opportunity zone fund developer. With my OZF, I want to help families build wealth and create sustainable generational wealth. Its time to change the narrative so, I'm bringing it all to the table!
