Founder of ‘Samathva Holistic Health’, I am an Integrative Medicine Physician specializing in the field of Naturopathy & Yoga, Fitness, Plant based Nutrition, Acupuncture.
I founded Samathva in 2012 with the vision of inspiring people to follow a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Passionate in Working towards Reversing and Preventing disease by inspiring people to adopt Natural Diet, Healthy Lifestyle and Mindful living.
I got my Bachelors medical degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (under AYUSH- Indian System of Medicines) from SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Ujire.
