I help individuals and couples grow through the dry places in life. Those dry places can seem hard, but it is important to keep moving forward. There is something the “growing through” process will help you to learn.

I am a PhD level clinician, licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience. I partner with adults and couples who have everyday struggles, significant emotional, and behavioral problems. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, and relationship issues. I provide treatment in-office and through video.

I also host a women’s retreat that will encourage, enrich and inspire you to live your best life. In 4 days and 3 nights, we will laugh, cry and commune with one another as we reflect on ways to make individual changes in life. I welcome women, who are interested, to take this journey with me. The annual Drop Your Bags Here Retreat™ is an all-inclusive experience designed for the busy woman, who never seems to have quite enough time to care for herself.
