Hello Everyone. I’m a nomadic healer who’s mission is to help women transcend from their emotional traumatic chapters of loss to UNlimiting themselves using the Live Long holistic health and wellness tools.
I’m also an educator and workout anywhere, anytime advocate who incorporates medicinal cannabis & herbs along with a variety of other wellness techniques to keep myself grounded, at peace, and in good health.
💜 The violent and tragic physical loss of my son, Dante' Long, has taught me many valuable lessons on this life journey about how to rise from the ashes, heal heartbreak and experience a Live Long lifestyle.
