Professionally:
I offer private organizational, operational, infrastructure, system and workplace culture evaluation and consultation. I offer training and collaboration sessions to local, regional and National agencies seeking a higher understanding of Justice Services- related to program design & implementation, workplace culture, cultural competency, evidence based- practices, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, change companies journaling, jail and prison culture, field based safety, crisis intervention, and so much more!

I am passionate about overall health and wellness and am a certified coach. I offer individualized and customized support, coaching, community, and so much more to help you on your own journey towards wellness!!
