I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, where I opened a small practice specializing in marriage/pre-marital counseling and women battling infertility and pregnancy loss. In addition, I have taught at the post-secondary level for over 20 years.

I have a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Family Psychology. I earned a dual master’s degree in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I earned a certification through Michigan State University as a Staff Retention Specialist, a certification as Residential Child and Youth Care Professional Trainer from the University of Oklahoma, a certification as a Marriage and Family Field Supervisor from Regency University, and I am certified by the Southeast Michigan Red Cross as a Disaster Mental Health Service worker.
