I am a healthcare provider devoted to bringing the most up-to-date evidence-based nutrition information to the public. I graduated from the Boucher Institute after completing a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology at the University of Victoria. I am also certified in plant-based nutrition and have written articles for Dr. T Colin Campbell’s Center for Nutrition Studies.
I volunteer for The Happy Herd Farm Sanctuary, which cares for animals rescued from a variety of situations including the animal agriculture industry.
