My passion is coaching in person, but I recently discovered a new passion for teaching small mastermind style groups as well.
I strongly believe that what matters the most in terms of health, longevity and performance are those things that we end up doing every day.
That is why my focus is on helping my clients discover simple, practical steps that they can turn into daily habits.

I provide evidence-based practical coaching based on physiology, performance, behavioral and neuroscience. That said I often tap in my intuition and always use my common sense.
