My greatest privilege in life is working every day as a doctor, and I am deeply passionate about ending healthcare disparities in the United States ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽

Along with my daily work as a physician-leader, I strive towards this goal in 3 major ways:
✅ providing diversity, equity, and inclusion training (DEI) to universities and companies
✅ teaching patients from minority and disadvantaged communities to advocate for their own health
✅ providing mentorship and support to students of color who want to pursue careers in healthcare (my students have been accepted to top schools across the country) - and showing them how to find scholarship money 💰
