🩺 Cancer doctor and 💻 data scientist discovering uses for 🧬 cancer genomes in 🎯 precision oncology. Working & training at Princess Margaret Hospital & Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. I have co-authored > 25 research articles on cancer genomics and given talks at leading conferences.

🎓 MD, PhD from UBC Vancouver - I used machine learning & whole genome sequencing of cancer to measure DNA repair signatures and their evolution over time. I showed that these signatures can help guide oncology treatment decisions.

☢️ Radiation Oncology Resident & Postdoc at 🇨🇦 University of Toronto -- I am discovering uses of circulating tumor DNA to monitor the effectiveness of radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
