SISTER l ACTIVIST I MOTHER l DAUGHTER I GODLOVER I 💙🤍 l EDUCATOR I SPEAKER I BLACK GIRL MAGIC I Dr. Pamela Grayson has resided in the DFW Metroplex for the last 12 years. She has served in corporate America, as an educator, and in her true passion – activism. She is the mother of two sons. She matriculated at the HBCU, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, for her undergraduate degree. Dr. Grayson founded Collective Activism when she saw the gaping holes in the provision of support of families/individuals that had suffered injustice. The family members of some of the victims of police brutality serve on the board. Dr. Grayson served on the Botham Jean Memorial committee which originated the street name change of Lamar Street to Botham Jean Way here in Dallas. She also serves as an advisory board member for The Atatiana Project, has coordinated events for #Justice4CrystalMason, a proud member of Friendship West Baptist Church, a team member on the Data4Dallas project and the Police Oversight Coalition. One of the pointed efforts of Collective Activism is to promote climate change awareness and diminish environmental racism within the black community. Dr. Grayson recently received her leadership certification from former Vice President Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps and is now a certified instructor for climate change. Dr. Grayson loves to learn, teach, and promote change.
