I am a Rural Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Solicitor. I am iResolve Mediation which is a future focused practice based in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region. I encourage parties to come together and engage in respectful conversation to reach a resolution in a calm manner. iResolve Mediation, practices with neutrality and offers a culturally safe environment that is confidential regardless of complexity.

My rural mediation practice is down to earth that understands one process may not suit every dispute and therefore I am very conscious of my approach. Disputes can arise within many different scenarios and I am aware of the sensitivity that is required when mediating.

iResolve Mediation is dedicated to helping you resolve your dispute in a time and cost-effective manner as going to Court may increase your financial outlay and extend the dispute over a much longer period. If you decided to take your matter to Court this removes the decision-making process from you personally giving this responsibility to the Courts whereby letting a third party make this decision for you.

Mediation gives you the opportunity to take ownership of your dispute and connect with the other party in a positive way. I want my clients to feel comfortable and be able to concentrate on their dispute moving from the past, present and into the future to ensure the dispute has been fully mediated and the resolution is manageable.
