As an Anxiety Specialist it is my passion to help you break free from the past and moves forwards with your life feeling happy and full of confidence!

I work with my clients in my private practice 1-2-1 and I offer well being events to small, medium or large businesses.

I love working at Beechwood Cancer Care Centre where I help people who have been affected by cancer and life limiting illnesses.
