Aspiring author; speaker, teacher, listener up to good trouble.

I speak on, write about, & get involved in conversations about the places where faith meets real life; places like suffering, grief, disappointment, the daily grind of vocation, & the creative arts. Learning about all of this as much as I am teaching.

Religiously, I consider myself an exile in Babylon & a refugee of the culture wars. I’m seeking to live out my days as a joyful, limping disciple of Jesus who suffers well through the wilderness of a broken world, with great hope of renewal.
