I am often asked how I started as an event planner and the answer is simple. It is in my nature. Growing up, I was the kid that organized what we should be playing, the vision it was going to look like, and how we should do it. In my earlier years, my first large event I planned was a family reunion with about 40-50 family members coming from several States. Continuing into adulthood, I planned numerous occasions for friends & family. I began to realize this would be a great career for me!

Divine & Elegant Events has evolved into an award-winning event planner in the Washington DC metro area. My experience as a professional allows me to connect with people and create moments of a lifetime. My passion, attention to detail, and flawless execution are what is noticed most by my clients . My commitment as a Planner is to get excited about your event and bring your creative vision to life and execute it to perfection.

Hmm ... I think this question is easily answered by what I don’t like! I love all types of food.  It needs to be well seasoned and prepared with a touch of love.
