Born and raised in Southern California, Debra E-Leon brings a wealth of experience to any situation. Serving as a real estate leader and business developer over the last 20 years, Debra has sought to harness networking relationships and business needs with the communities in which she serves. This has included serving on the Board of Women’s Council of Realtors San Diego as
Treasurer, VP of Membership on her local Parent Teacher Association and currently serving as a secretary of the Hispanic Association Real Estate Professionals. Debra is also the President and CEO of Xan You Matter Foundation. Non-profit 501(c)3 with the mission of bringing awareness and advocacy for Mental Heath. Debra has established a reputation of dependability, connectedness and getting things done.
Debra enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading personal
development books, traveling, wine tasting, hiking and singing. She and her
husband of more than 20 years have two children, Ava & Xan . Debra believes that every day is a new opportunity to live your best
life. One of her favorite quotes is “She was unstoppable not because she did not
have failures or doubts, but because she continued on despite them”.
