For over 20 years I have been a massage therapist encouraging others to stay healthy and age gracefully.
Through massage therapy, I started to notice over the past few years a rise in
mental instability and how that shows up in my client’s bodies. I started studying this and found there was evidence to support my findings. The research was out there, and I started to apply
what came naturally for me, essential oils, massage, energy work and supplements to help my clients find peace with in their bodies.
