🟠 David is currently focused on enhancing work engagement - 💪, extinguishing burnout -🔥, powerful and careful listening -👂 , and mastering mindful moments that matter - 🕰.

🔴 A flat lander from the Canadian prairies who believes we are all on the same level, David taught Educational and Counselling Psychology at the University of Manitoba for 25 years. 🇨🇦

🔵 David’s master's thesis was on humor in counselling. He wrote 4 books 📖📖📖📖 on engaging fully and authentically with work. His first book was, Zengage: How to Get More Into Your Work to Get More Out of Your Work. His last two books were on being a People Artist -> Drawing out the best in others.

🟡 David gave a Tedx talk on being a convenor of honeybees and humans through social media and the honeybee’s Twitter account connected to live computers 💻💻💻 inside beehives for 3 summers near Starbuck, Manitoba 🐝🐝🐝. He wrote an e-book on the experience, Waggle: 39 Ways To Improve Organizations, Work, and Engagement based on Honeybees.

🟢 David is globally focused, presenting and facilitating from South Africa to Singapore and Saskatoon, Berlin to Boston and Bangkok, and Wales to Washington and Warsaw.

🟤 He is a 66-year old father of 3 adult children - at one time David had 3 children under 2 years of age 👶🧒👶!
