In 2005, I dissociated from my family of origin living with distrust and a paralyzing reservation leaving me struggling to connect with people early in my professional career.

My breakthrough came through Darcy Shenfield of Authenticity Academy at a personalized deep dive coaching experience in Hill County, Texas.

From that moment I realized how my reactions influenced how I was showing up in the world and saw the possibility that I am not imprisoned by my own beliefs. I set forth to become a professional coach myself and now I inspire technical professionals to live the better version of themselves.

No matter your circumstance - you can create a better version of yourself. When you self-lead well, you inspire. You open doors for others without realizing how you have touched their lives. This is the ultimate form of giving back and how you help others by loving yourself.

🏅I have worked with C-level executives on organizational health with coaching from a VP at Kotter International which resulted in the business unit President consolidating finances to a single P&L to bust silo culture for an organization of 1000 people.

🏅I was appointed to lead a sales team in March 2020 and in 6 months my team of non sales professional technical engineers identified 20, closed 1 opportunity in a completely decimated oil, gas, and chemical market starting from a CRM of 5 which expanded to 200 people in the same period while simultaneously changing our marketing message to renewables
