After a successful 20+ years in Manufacturing as a Quality Engineer and the last 5 years as a top level manager in the manufacturing plant tragically I suffered the loss of my oldest son to gun violence in July 2020 😢. No longer finding purpose in Manufacturing I decided to make sure the next chapter of life be one in serving. I transitioned my strategizing and negotiating skills to Real Estate and I have become committed to transitioning my leadership and management skills to establishing a non profit that will support young parents in building healthy families, obtain financial empowerment and learn entrepreneurship
