Darcie Adler has spent her 25-year career across the photo industry, working in production, styling, art
direction, portfolio consulting, and artist representation within advertising, fashion, and editorial. Her drive, talent, and creative collaboration have led her to work with some of the world’s most notable names including
Oprah, Pharrell Williams, Cardi B, Jennifer Lawrence, and Shaquille O’Neal.

In 2014, Darcie founded The Spin Style Agency in Atlanta, GA with a dual mission to provide the type of high caliber support she saw the Atlanta product industry lacking, while seeking to create more opportunity for women to be considered in the bidding process in production.

Darcie’s aesthetic and impeccable taste, combined with her thoughtful curation of creative professionals, have grown The Spin Style into a national agency that elevates the work and creative perspective of artists, fashion and luxury brands, television, consumer brands, and other clients worldwide.

As a leader in the industry, Darcie has worked to help flip the male-led standard often found in production. Her mentorship and advocacy efforts help to lift up other women within the industry through individual outreach and events. These fireside chats and annual events like Pinspire, of which she is a co-founder, provide women
the much needed opportunity to connect with other women looking to grow their careers within the creative production industry.
