Like you, my business is my baby. Any child you have you love and nurture, but you are also very protective of. However, what I have learned over my career is the power of harnessing people, strategy, and process to accelerate the results I couldn’t accomplish alone. My mission is to pass that knowledge on to business owners like you. Business ownership can be a trap. It promises freedoms that are only partially realized by many. For the majority, it becomes a prison where leaders feel they can never escape.
