Head of A&R at Made Records, a sub label of Universal Music UK/Germany. 2 years into this role I have signed a roster with a focus on development. I took this role as it enabled me to work with artists at an earlier point in their career.

I previously spent 8 years working as International A&R Manager at Decca Records. I signed and developed a diverse roster of artists including AURORA, Rhys Lewis, The Teskey Brothers, The Wandering Hearts and more.
I also run a management company called ‘New Pin Management’
