I am best described as... an ambitious, thought provoking Operations Director who gets to combine my passion for travel with the work I do.

My Career in Travel Operations spans over 10 years. I first got my taste of working in travel as a Leisure Travel Expert, turning people's holiday dreams into a reality. I quickly progressed into Learning & Development and spent time both training other travel experts and creating dynamic learning content.

In 2015 I made the move to Europe, spending 12 months immersing myself in European culture as a Tour Leader before moving into the world of Corporate Travel Operations, specialising in the SME market.

Today I am the Global Travel Operations Director of a leading Travel & Events company based in London and New York. In my current role I have used my skills and passion to transform and redefine the entire travel programme and created a product service package that is both agile and exciting, truly making my mark on how we create value for a Travel Management Company and disrupting the future of how we book travel.

Some of my career accomplishments
• Successfully creating and leading the overhaul of a companywide travel programme.
• Project Managing multiple company level projects including financial, travel and productivity
• Orchestrated fruitful process and procedure restructures
• Negotiation and management of multiple airline and hotel contracts.
• Gained extensive knowledge of history, customs, and culture of 12+ European countries.
• Overseeing the training at a National level of over 800 consultants
• Most importantly let my passion for travel expand to over 45 countries.
