Gurr Johns is one of the oldest and largest Art Advisory firms in the world. I do a lot of collection building, buying and selling of blue chip art work—privately and at auction—and also specialize in the sale of whole collections.

Some works I’ve bought or sold recently for clients include paintings by Helen Frankenthaler, Phillip Guston, Sean Scully, and Julie Mehretu, and sculptures by Eddie Martinez, Fred Eversley and Jesus Rafael Soto and Lynn Chadwick.

Long time Los Angeleno (but intrepid art traveller). Honorary Colombian. Originally from the Chicago suburbs.
