Damon Henry is the Founder and Chief Nerd @KORTX, an advertising and marketing technology partner helping brands better engage with customers, and has a passion for building software and awesome teams.

Damon has led the organization since its inception in 2014. Under his leadership, KORTX has seen exponential revenue and organizational growth, resulting in recognition on Inc. 5000’s list of America’s fastest growing companies in 2019 and 2020. A true developer at heart, Damon previously cross-trained in various lead roles managing cross-functional software teams and large media programs for clients such as the U.S. Navy, Chevy, FCA and PulteGroup.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. In his free time, Damon enjoys boating, snowboarding, reading and spending time with his wife and two children.
