Bio

I am a contemplative counselor, sacred plant medicine guide and transformation coach. I create curated one-to-one restorative retreats for women in Oaxaca, Mexico using earth medicine. These retreats support healing trauma from the past, developing more self-love, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness in the present, and expanding and potentiating ourselves for a more joy-filled and satisfying life in the future. My approach interweaves sacred ceremony with clinical therapy: a coupling of indigenous medicine wisdom traditions from various lineages and modern psychotherapy methods. I work with women from all walks of life, with a focus on clients who are creatives and entrepreneurs.

I completed my graduate clinical psychology education in New York City and my training in psychedelic therapy and indigenous wisdom practices in the San Francisco Bay Area, and currently live with my family (my husband Patrick, also a psychedelic therapist, and our seven-year-old son, Xavier) part-time in Oaxaca, Mexico,

My graduate clinical research studied the therapeutic benefits of altered states, particularly the effects of hypnosis, meditation, and guided imagery, on attention in ADHD children. My Master's thesis awarded me the distinction of "Masters Scholar" for its innovative research proposal and design.

I hold a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology from New York University (NYU) and training in the Hakomi Method of Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy. I also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Social Responsibility & Entrepreneurship from Ecole de Management de Lyon (EM LYON) in Lyon, France.
