I am a personal trainer/fitness and nutrition coach in Vancouver, BC 🇨🇦 and I’ve been in the industry for 2+ years. I am certified in kettlebell, TRX, Precison Nutrition Level 1 and I’m working on my Fascial Stretch Therapy certification right now. I’m very career oriented and what i do is my number one value and priority. I’m always working on ways to become more successful and better at what I do.
When I’m not training clients I love powerlifting and plan on competing this year.
3 years ago I had a severe concussion which left me on bed rest for 6 months and affected my noise sensitivity, anxiety and depression and ever since I have been really passionate about mental health, and self development/growth.
I love reading and learning! I read topics about fitness and nutrition, self help and personal development , psychology, buisness, finance, leadership and non fiction. My favourite books are currently the 5 am club, and you are a badass.
