Don’t be surprised when you’re kicked to the sideline if you don’t pull your own weight. It’s a jungle out here. This music business isn’t an easy game to play. Accountability is key. Teamwork makes the dreamwork and that’s for damn sure.

Don’t be fooled by the Promises of Glory. Empty promises erode trust quite quickly. It’s not about being weary of everybody at all times, it’s about trusting your instinct and asking the right questions.

The work ethic is what I believe it’s all about. Not in a stale way, but in repetition. We talkin’ ‘bout practice, yes.
