Ciao! My name is Annalisa Delgrosso. I grew up in Italy in the Pagani province of Salerno near the beautiful Amalfi Coast. I came to the New York in 1999. I met my husband shortly after and we got married in 2001. We have 2 beautiful kids and I love to cook for them. But life is never easy. In 2005, I got diagnosed with ovarian cancer and was told that I had 6 months to live. I went through 11 surgeries and 1 year of chemotherapy. I can say that I am one of the luckiest as I beat cancer and I’m cancer-free for 12 years. After this experience, I want to live my life to the fullest. I love to cook and share my passion with others. In 2017, I started a new journey and joined the Thermomix/Bimby family. Thermomix/Bimby helped me to eat healthy and cook for my family while I was going through recovery. I share this passion to give everyone the opportunity. Cook at least one fresh, healthy meal a day and connect with your family at the dinner table. Don’t take this for granted, life is so fragile and things can happen. Leave you life in full. ~Annalisa Delgrosso
good friend told me – “You are where you need to be at this moment in time”. While we were sheltered in place, I have found myself spending more time in my kitchen thinking of new things to create. I learned to bake bread that did not require any special tools but takes almost a whole day. After a few weeks of cooking the same thing, ideas were harder to come by and cooking fatigue set in. That’s when I remembered a kitchen appliance another friend told me about 2 years ago – the Thermomix. It was like Christmas in June! In 90 days, I was able to create 75 new and delicious recipes that I created a restaurant menu just for kicks. I kid you not they were all good my son said I’m spoiling them! Not only are we eating much healthier in my household but we decreased our carbon footprint with the reduction of packaging in our garbage. I decided to become a Thermomix Independent sales consultant to spread the word about this amazing product. Everyone deserves to have a Thermomix in the kitchen! It is this same passion that brought Annalisa and I together. So here we are – two kitchens, two different states, double down on fun while cooking in tandem. ~Michelle Amoreno
