My name  is Suzette Rusell aka Sue :  For as long as she can remember, I've had an unwavering love for motivating and empowering people. I have developed a love for helping people find their best self.  I realized true change manifests when there is a connection within the mind, body and soul. I truly  believe that when the mind, body and soul are nurtured collectively, we are able to reframe our struggles and find silver linings of triumph and personal growth. Through my self-exploration and self-healing, I  believe I was able to obtain a new lease on life; spiritually, mentally and emotionally - a "Comeback" that I believe exists for everyone.

My journey:
It is to create they are helping through holistic counseling to help people through their healing journey and helping you to learn how to love all aspects of yourself by shifting your own limiting beliefs, which prevents us from living the life you truly want. I want to teach you how to practice healthy Self-Care/Self-Love to hp you rediscover your genuine, authentic, and powerful selves. Hence, helping you  find fulfillment.
