I help doctors build their resilience and I am advocating for change in the medical profession.

Everywhere I look I see sleep deprived, disillusioned, socially alienated, disconnected and disengaged Doctors – and it’s no surprise – even without the extraordinary burden of Covid19, the expectations on the medical profession are unprecedented and unsustainable.

I see you. I see how close to burnout you are. I see how you are struggling with compassion-fatigue. I see how close you are to opting out of the profession.

I know how desperately you need to be seen, to have a safe space to debrief, someone who will listen to you with no judgement, a space where you are acknowledged and you are able to build up your resilience, develop skills to manage your stress and reconnect with yourself.

With 22 years in the healthcare industry, together with an MBA and B.ScHons as well as 9 years as a Coach, I have unique insight into the challenges faced by leaders and teams in the healthcare industry, I am here to help as a Master Credentialed Coach.
