💛Hoping for a more inclusive environment for my daughter when she becomes a software engineer in 15 years.

Regardless of background, gender, race, sexual orientation, or how we like to spend free time, we all deserve a voice that is heard in every meeting. Even the interns…even the oldest dev who’s been at it for 40+ years…all of us are on a journey and bring incredible value to tech teams.

Passionate about getting rid of unconscious bias, having meaningful conversations with tech industry leaders to bring real words to action, and welcome women to those leadership roles. We need solid leaders to be mentors to become truly strong leaders.

Love to teach my kids to love coding, show them by example, let them see them all the amazing stuff they can do…and motivate KIDS to start building fundamental skills. Let them start trying, sooner is better.
