I'm the founder of R3 Women's Empowerment Movement. I'm a Life Coach and Transformational Coach. R3 is for Relax, Relate, Release. This is a women's organization that requires membership to join. We provide a fun but safe, comfortable, non-judgemental environment to share experiences, knowledge, healing and growth. We provide one on one or group coaching sessions, brunches, parties and events. We put God first, champagne and cocktails next 😜We play hard and pray hard.
