About Me:

What would happen if “who you are” and “who you are meant to be” were to meet? Would they be familiar or strangers?

I was terrified when I made the biggest leap of my career to date. I stepped away from the security of my leadership role at a Fortune 100 company guided by that question. I imagined myself 10 years from now meeting the person I was designed to be and knew that if I stayed put, she and I would be strangers with nothing in common. So, I took the risk, designed the blueprint for my ideal life and DARED myself to live life on purpose.

Having been part of an elite cohort of internal coaches within a Fortune 100 firm, I’ve been both inspired and energized by the breakthrough results I’ve been able to support my clients to achieve. It quickly became abundantly clear that what was once just the fun, “extra” part of my leadership role was actually a passion and a calling.

So, DF Consulting was born. Armed with a brain-based coaching certification, extensive continuous training, and years of powerful coaching experience, I dared to live life on purpose. I am excited to be able to build a business that allows me to maximize impact to the clients I serve.

My coaching practice supports mid-career through executive level professionals as they navigate major career pivots. I consider myself a transformation strategist and success coach, leveraging over a decade of strategy, process, leadership and recruiting experience to help clients gain breakthrough clarity, dare to dream bigger, and design and implement intentional strategies to go from unfulfilled jobs to purpose driven careers. Clients experience deep mindset work, rooted in neuroscience, along with job search, career success and network development strategies that allow them to not only successfully navigate the recruiting process but also accelerate the path to success once in their new roles.
