🌎 Before lockdown, I was lucky enough to live and work as a digital nomad, being flown around the world as a consultant and keynote speaker to share my thoughts, experience and insights on my beloved field of expertise, Customer Experience.

🎙 But as events all got cancelled and budgets were cut for consulting I had to evolve during lockdown, and found my niche in paid digital CX content creation, podcasting and community building.

👯‍♀️ I was able to fulfil my dream of hosting a podcast for women and count the Women In CX Podcast as one of my greatest achievements, where I now lead an all female production team.

🥇My content was so well received, work flew in from all corners of the earth wanting to work with me as an influencer in CX, UX, Customer Success, CX Tech, Design and Employee Experience, creating revenue from podcasts, videos, webinars, TV shows and events.

👯‍♀️My latest venture is a tech start-up, online membership community that is being designed to enable women in CX to network, support, inspire and empower one another like never before!
