My name is Cinnamon Bowser and I help collegiate volleyball programs with diversity & race issues and I guide players (and their families) through the volleyball recruiting process. My university clients are able to hold the necessary conversations to make their programs welcoming, safe and nurturing for black and brown athletes. The athletes I work with are able to find collegiate homes so they can play volleyball beyond high school, 100% with scholarship money. I’m not teaching what I read or saw online but what I know firsthand through my lived experiences. 💪🏾🏐
