Chukwuagoziem Iloanusi is a transformational leader, with love for holistic human development, and an emerging physician/entrepreneur with excellent administrative, organizational, and digital technological skills who is passionate about quality healthcare, transformative education, and human capacity development; and is interested in leveraging digital technologies to drive innovative advancements in these areas. He is also focused, purpose-driven, and upholds the values of integrity, excellence, empathy, transparency, and accountability in diligently carrying out tasks to meet desired goals and results.

He has undergone several trainings on relevant soft, interpersonal, professional and technical skills required for unprecedented success in his works and in the pursuit of his dream. These trainings, in addition to his experience working in different teams and in different capacities have helped him intentionally and excellently acquire/develop, advance, and strengthen his skillset captured in the skill section of his profile. Besides his work experience, Chukwuagoziem has volunteered with Hult Prize Foundation, Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH), Ingressive For Good (I4G), The Youth Center NG, Millennium Campus Network (MCN), iSkill Network, Master Minds Initiative, Selfless Mavericks Arousing Rapid Transformation Gang, and a few other not-for-profit organizations in line with his passion. Currently, he still works voluntarily with some not-for-profit organizations towards the promotion of good health and well-being, personal development (helping younger individuals in the discovery and development of their potentials) and capacity development among younger people towards leading lives of transformational and transgenerational impact.
