As a founding member and EVP of Strategic Partnerships for Reel FX Animation Studios, Peil has participated in the studio’s significant growth over the past 25 years which is now employing close to 500 team members in their Dallas, Montreal and Hollywood locations.

As a public speaker, storyteller and panelist, topics range from animation industry trends and entrepreneurship to personal growth and branding. North of 50 projects in both the theatrical and LBE/AR/VR spaces.

As a studio, Reel FX is currently in production on two upcoming theatrical films including Back to The Outback for Netflix Studios and a new yet to be announced project for Warner Brothers. Recent films include the highly regarded Scooby Doo feature re-boot, S.C.O.O.B. for Warner Brothers Pictures released in 2020, and the monster wrestling film, Rumble in collaboration with Paramount Animation Group, Walden Media and the WWE releasing in 2022. Executive Producer on The Book of Life, from Reel FX Animation Studios and 20th Century Fox, directed by Jorge R. Gutierrez and produced by Guillermo Del Toro and Brad Booker. The film was nominated for: The Golden Globes, Critics’ Choice Awards, Visual Effects Society Awards, PGA Awards, Imagen Awards and Annie awards.
