Christy Cole is an award-winning Anchor, Reporter, Documentaries Producer at CNBC Africa. Her over twelve years of Broadcast Journalism experience covers Radio, Television, locally across Nigeria and internationally from Politics, Aviation, Metro, Religion, Conflicts, Judiciary to Economy, and Finance.

She has traveled the world unraveling angles to Africa’s finance story and has interviewed major global and regional heads of countries, industries, and institutions. She moderates panel discussions and hosts events.

Christy's journalistic interests transcend 'following the money'. She is passionate about gender reporting and trained to responsibly report on sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression. She is fascinated by the impact of multimedia journalism on traditional reporting and hopes to teach Journalism across Africa post journalism practice.
