π Iβve coached on Relational Leadership for over 15 years. Also founded a non-profit using these skills partnered with horses to serve severely at risk teens, veterans, & the public. Iβve spoken to thousands to inspire towards their potential, greater leadership & action.
I have personally battled against stress, depression, grief & anxiety to include burnout & breakdown in 2019. Having been in the pit I learned more about the necessity of self leadership & empathy.
Now taking all this combined and bringing it to the greater world online.
