Bio

Chisala Chichi Bwalya is a seasoned business and career development expert with over 5 years
working experience. Chisala is also an author, researcher, speaker at local and international
conferences, mentor, humanitarian and social entrepreneur.
He is currently an ambassador at Global Startup Awards Africa, Global Peace Ambassador at
Global Peace Chain, Global Change Makers Facilitator, Zambia Research and Development
Center fellow, Federation for International Gender and Human Rights Diplomatic Fellow, and a
Mentor at the African Leadership Institute. Chisala has also been working as a Campus director
and Regional Team Lead for the Hult International Business School annual competition, which is
run in partnership with the United Nations and the Bill Clinton Foundation, offering business
mentorship to startups in higher learning institutions in Africa.
Chisala is a Co- founder of Infinite Trust Foundation, an organization that focuses on personal
and career development through Design driven thinking for young people. He has been very
instrumental in helping young people through personal development, strategic planning, goal
setting, self-awareness, stress management, team building and networking
Chisala holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Diploma in Philosophy, Certificates in
Strategies in personal growth and development, Design Driven Entrepreneurship, Sustainable
development goals in business development, basics of private and public partnerships,
Fundamentals of grant writing, workforce collaboration and development, Agripreneurship: A
path to the future.
Chisala aims to develop and introspect a Global connection concerning social entrepreneurship
through business development, leadership, management, teamwork, and sustainability issues. He
has been working towards an integrated Global citizen responsibility to make the world a better
place to live in.
