My Mantra is ‘To Cook is to be Happy’. I am my best self when creating bold and flavourful food. As a chef my aim is to reinvent the image of nigerian flavours using fresh produce, creating a new avenue for all foods to coexist.

Passionate about Nigerian Fusion

My Favourite fusion dish that I created is my Grilled Black Tiger Prawns 🦐with Roasted Sweetcorn Puree 🌽. I infused the prawns with miso, sous vide and then grilled to get a rich, moist and smoky flavour. I roasted the sweetcorn with black garlic, saffron and white penja peppercorns, allowing it to steep lightly in milk. The final plate was an explosion of flavour 💥🤯.

Born and raised in Nigeria till 12 🇳🇬🇳🇬. ⛴Shipped to the UK 🇬🇧🇬🇧and now I am a fusion of both cultures. I LOVE it!

After several degrees and the 9-5 life, I decided to follow my ultimate passion to be a Chef. I don’t regret this choice and has brought me a great purpose in life.

I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London. That experience took me to The Dorchester and most recently Ikoyi London.

I am a mother to 3 amazing children, 4yr old👦🏽 and 10month old 👶🏽👶🏽 (boy & girl). They push me to do better and have unleashed a deeper appreciation of Women in the Culinary world 👩🏾‍🍳👩🏾‍🍳👩🏾‍🍳
