Bio
I’m a Singer-songwriter who makes electronic/indie-pop music. Through music, I hope to tell stories & seamlessly make Carnatic music speak to what it means for me to make music as a person of diaspora identity.
Academically, I am a philosophy major with an interest in healthcare and medical therapies. I am currently on a fellowship with Yale School of Medicine. My research is in the field of genetic therapies. I am interested in their specific cardiovascular applications and in the complex social, legal, political and moral questions pertaining to their use globally. I also hope to understand how we might work towards alleviating the socio-economic disparities prevalent in healthcare.
