Catherine Story RN, BSN, CCDS

I am an ICU nurse turned truth and health warrior. It is my mission in life to be a source of healing. With 17 years of nursing experience, I have served many different people with many different health needs. If I have learned one thing, it is this: the truth resonates in our bodies and allows healing to take place. I now teach others how to regain their full power and health as a Certified Self-Sabotage Coach. I have written 3 eBooks: Journal To Your Best Life, A Journey Into Your Subconscious Mind; 101 Gut Health Tips, and Mom’s Playbook (a 30 Day Meal Plan.) I am a mom to two vibrantly healthy boys who keep my handsome and supportive husband and I very busy.
