Hi, I'm a researcher turned entrepreneur working at the intersection of neuroscience & AI. I love building things & picking brains.

[research life]
I'm currently working on predictive coding models in the brain. My interest is in extending them to simulate the emergence of self, qualia and awareness as a natural consequence of noise cancellation processes within the predictive coding architecture.

I'm also involved in building an experiential science + art installation to test a novel computational model for how the brain perceives time. We intend to predictably alter a person's perception of time by modulating the parameters in our model when a person steps into a pod that delivers a multi-sensory experience designed to slow down or speed up our perception of time.

I've previously worked in inflationary cosmology (modelling a doublet field), quantum chromodynamics (variations in the NJL model), stellar astrophysics (modelling stellar atmospheres by analyzing their spectral signatures) and energy transfer within complex configurations of mechanical oscillators (which won an award from NASA among other things).

I love thinking about challenging problems & would love to be pulled into a discussion if you're working on or thinking about ideas in these areas of science.

I've built over 100 research based products across the domains of neuropsychology, education, mental health and AI. Several of them have received global recognition & have impacted over a million users.
