I am married and I am a mom of 4; 26 yo daughter, 13, 13, and 3 all boys, a dance fitness instructor, an author, a motivational speaker, a cook, health and wellness coach/mindset coach, and a dog lover!

I am passionate about helping people find their true desires in life and helping them realize the strength and power they already have within them and connecting with that power.

I am a creative cook, self-taught. I have a cook book coming out soon with my favorite recipes and creations. I also share all of the knowledge in all of my life experiences and how you can see contrast for an opportunity for growth and also live a life full of gratitude!

Dance has always been in my soul ever since I was a little girl! I will never stop dancing! Right now I currently teach online until restrictions open back up. But I love inspiring other and being goofy and getting people moving in a fun way!!

I have several books in the works, so be on the lookout as those get published and come your way! Like I mentioned the cookbook will be coming out soon and I have another book that Iβm writing about my dog as well!! I am a dog lover and my dogs have always been like family to us!!
