ROUTS - Career Coaching
Empowering high school students to create and achieve career awareness by providing comprehensive career education. Through collaboration and innovative exercises, ROUTS coaches students to:

-Engage in self-discovery
-Participate in experiential learning
-Learn and apply self-branding tools and techniques
-Develop networking skills
- Understand basic job search knowledge and hiring process procedures

To provide a career focused space that prepares all students to pursue their unique roots when identifying their remaining academic goals and future professional occupations.

People are diverse, dynamic and very distinct. Our push a square peg into a round hole US academic structure, stunts creativity at a young age and leaves most students misguided. Through my personal hard knock life upbringing and my professional experience recruiting entry level for 7 years, I’ve designed ROUTS to put the creativity back in the kid by bringing them through my ROUTSme program.
