My name is Carrie Schlegel and I’m the owner of Core Realty Advisors and a managing broker. We are a independent boutique brokerage that streamline the process for our agents to list and close homes. We believe the more of the paperwork we can help take off their plate the more time and energy they can invest in advocating and working with their clients. I grew up in Erie, PA, met my husband at Penn State. My husband and I lived in Colorado for several years. We have done the cross country move, we have done the move-up back to back move with three kids and two dogs. We try to focus our brokerage on truly understanding and meeting the challenges of our clients when they make the decision to move. How can we help take some of the burden and guide them.
